- Dr. Fixit URP or Equivalent water-proofing of bathrooms, kitchen wall. (Ground), wall

1. CPVC Pipes.
2. Master Control at terrace / near overhead water tank to shut the water-supply.

WIRING / ELECTRIC WORK
1. FR, ISI, 1100V grade Fire-resistant electrical wire.
2. Light circuit: 1.5 sq. mm wires.
3. Medium circuits: 2.5 sq. mm wires.
4. Power circuit AC/ Geyser: 4 sq. mm wires.
5. MCBs, ELCBs, Distribution Boards.
6. Separate Earthing.
